I was having this idea the other day, not for me but just a neat fab idea for cherokees. What if on the passenger side of the rear quarter panel someone cut out along there and installed a hinge so you can use the empty space there as a external cargo space? Cut the metal, bolt a hinge to the cut piece of metal, install some locking device, and some how waterproof it with liner. Thought it sounded like a cool idea that I haven't seen before.
