I'm in the middle of the RMS right now. Very easy actually, compared to some other things the jeep holds. Just messy as hell.
28 bolts on the oil pan though, ugrggh. Thought they would never end.

Good luck. Im about to take all my lift stuff off my my XJ.
Been messing with it for 2.5 weeks and cant get rid of the vibration. When someone tells you a SYE will solve all your problems, dont believe them, it might be the start of your problems.
I hope everything goes good for you. It sucks to be the one watching everyone having a great time raising their Jeep while all i have is nothing but problems.

Remember some RTV sealant where the upper and lower portion to the rear seal meet when the cap goes back on. I used some on my pan gasket also to help it stay in place, was a tight go getting the pan in. Patience under pressure. Yo Yo Go you CAN do it.

Rms isn't that bad. However it feels like Chinese water torture with the oil dripping on you. Hell the oil pan is much harder than the Rms. Have fun!

Hey thank you to all you guys.
I just figured it would be a little easier to do the RMS and new oil pan gasket while I have the front axle disconnected.
and really thank you for the great response guys. I will take pictures and be trying to have a good time.
