Default I need a jack for my Jeep

I looked under the seat and I can't find a jack. Guess the previous owner lost it.. I bought a new one from Autozone and it did not reach lol. The jeep is pretty much basic and it has no lifts. So what can I do?

I made the same mistake, buying a Craftsman 2 and 1/2 ton jack from Sears. What I've discovered is that the more weight a jack will lift is the higher it will go. Consider getting a 4 or 6+ ton jack. The stock jack that comes with Jeep raises to about 20 inches.

Get a scissors jack from a mid 90's Chevy/GMC pickup. They are simply phenominal. Ill hunt up a pick.

I'm on the same boat... The jack i use for all my other cars is too small for a lifted xj and the only ones that go high enough are expencive. Thinking of just getting a hi-lift and killing 2 birds with one stone.

Head to the junk yard there's plenty of jacks left in the cars, look for pickups or SUVs
