I know it won't look like this for very long...............

Thanks guys!
I use this cheap 2-gallon sprayer from Ace Hardware.
http://www.acehardware.com/product/i...ductId=3908905
Using a trigger-spray-bottle gets tiring pretty quick.
I use a 50/50 mixture of "Purple Power" and Water.
Spray it on, and let it sit for a few minutes.
Then use my pressure-washer to blast all the grime off........Keeping the high pressure spray away from sensitive areas.
Then let it dry. (I just drive the vehicle normal for a day. The engine heat dries everything pretty quickly)
They make a product called "Engine Detailing Spray"
But I simply use Armor-All Tire Foam.
I spray any painted, plastic, or rubber items (I try to keep away from the belt)
And let it sit for awhile.............Then go back in and wipe everything down.
(I missed a few spots)
Believe it or not, this is the first time I have taken the time to clean the engine bay of this '96 since I've owned it..........
