Humming noise coming from front driver side wheel

Humming noise coming from front driver side wheel
I own a 1999 cherokee and have been having some issues with the front axle/wheel area. At highway speeds it gets louder and i feel a slight vibration...also a grinding sound if i turn the whhel all the way for a u turn. Can anyone please give me some input as to what might be the problem so when i go to get it fixed i know what to tell them. Thanks!
