I cant weld so it has to be something that I can just bolt on or something, heres wat my rack look likes or should I just mount it to my back bumper?

Inside the rack, use either some ubolts with wing nuts or 2 plates with bolts/washers/nuts and "sandwich" the hi-lift between them.

I have mine bolted down to the roof rack. I tach welded the bolts in place but you can just double-nut (lol) it.

Sorry for the horrible picture, I snapped it from my bedroom window just now:

I mount mine behind the seat. Nothing will ruin your day and PYO more than to need your highlift jack and it not be working because it was mounted outside and has dust and rust on the pins and springs. ( If you mount it outside make sure you have WD40 to spray on the pins so you can get it working! )

One of the coolest places I seen it mounted is to the rear bumper.
