How to remove door off of 01 Cherokee

How to remove door off of 01 Cherokee
Well as winter comes to an end finally and warms up outside, I would like to be able to take the doors off of my 01 Cherokee, and not quite sure of how to make it possible to remove the doors, any Ideas?
