Default how much would a 99 2 door be worth in this shape?

whats up guys. i have a 99 3 door that i picked up with the intentions of building it to play with. the motor has been taken apart by the previous owner. it is the 4.0 with a manual trans. it looks like it has a small lift with some 31 mt. not in bad shape, besides the motor needing rebuilding or replaced. depends on what someone knows how to do. what would it be worth if i had my eye on an old jeep j truck.

Thats NOT a 99... more like 89.
Just looking at that 3rd pic I can see the bottom of the Vac diso for the front axle, they got rid of that in 91..

Yeah thats what I was gonna say. And without an engine maybe $600 or $700 depending on your area. Pre 97 2 doors that are running usually go for about $1200 here.
