Default How Much Tread Wear Do You Allow?

how low do you let the treads wear on the tires you wheel with before replacing them?

Do you think these are okay?

Those look okay for awhile. I replace mine when i see the tire internals or it goes flat.

can you see the top of lincolns head? thats the rule of thumb but since they are MT's you can go a little further and still be safe

They appear to be Ground Hawgs...

As long as there is some tread on the sides those are good.

yeah in the middle it goes much higher,on one side of one tire though there is just about enoughto touch the top of lincolns head... wore unevenly somehow

Those look fine.

You can also get a cheap tire groover and cut them a bit to gain some more life..

Looks like they were ran with the incorrect pressure. See Pic,



Low tire pressure is the one on the left.

my rear boggers only have about 1/4" tread. they still do just fine..
