how much should i offer for this xj
it was county owned jeep, completely stock and bare bones, it has around 140,000 miles, its a 2000...runs good but needs some tlc....plus 8.25 rear

i asked the guy how much he was asking for it....he gave me "well, i have to see what we're into it for, what we did to it,etc." and i know its been sitting there for awhile
