How much lift

How much lift
so i have 2 coils sitting around and i have no idea how much lift they will give, they measured out to be just about 20 inches, any idea on the size of lift so i can sell these? any help would be great

Yeah that's what I figured so I thought I'd ask you guys, so should be around 3 sounds good, I was told they were for 8 but I didn't believe that at all
