How to make this Jeep look cooler
Screw looking cool, go functional. Mine is my DD, but also an weekend warrior
Looks wise, all I have is a few decals, Khaki wagen wheels, and HID driving/offroad lights. I guess maybe my recovery points may add some cool factor.

Now when your really looking cool is when your being functional

Yep exactly, this guy knows what he's talking about. Theirs nothing that offroads better than a jeep. If you don't think your xj looks cool right now than a jeep is not for you. The only other vehicle I would own besides a jeep is a yota the older ones with solid axles.
To get the trim off just get something flat and pry it off. It's held on by adhesive. But be careful not to scratch the paint. Get a eraser wheel for a drill and it will take the adhesive off. After you get the adhesive off just wipe all the dirt that capture under the trim over time.
