how to make gutter mounts?

i have a roof rack i made i was just wonders how to make the gutters mounts o i dont have to use my freakin rack bars that go across anybody who can tell me how to make em or what i need that woulod be great.

Engine: straight 6- 4.0
I don't know if you can see it, but its 1/8 aluminum plate with 3/4 tubing cut in half and welded on then I put stainless bolts through the holes bent the bolts slightly out then welded a tab to go under the gutter. I will post pics tomorrow if you still Ned help.

i actually have a box full of them in my room, when i made my roof rack i went to my buddies machine shop and asked him to make some gutter mounts that i designed and i told him to make some extras just incase and i paid it for it which wasnt too bad but all i had to do was weld a bolt to one part and a holder section on the other
