how important are u bolts?

My wife knows how important Ubolts are LOL. If he drive it like that nature will remove one more moron from the gene pool, hopefully he doesn't take anyone else with him. To quote Red Foreman "Dumb a##"

Not very, I tossed mine from day one and attached the leafs with zip ties and superglue.

Why waste zip ties. Just use twine. And if it rips its super cheap to get more.

Yea every time I see him ia ask if he fixed those u bolts yet. The other day he told me he thinks his axle is going , I said **** where?

Just take off ur leather belt and wrap around the axel and leaf springs, better yet use a web belt made of cloth should hold lol
