The bumper end cap is off a bit. I can tell previous owner hit something as the cap is a bit green as well. There is also a dent as you can see above the cap on the fender. I tried pushing the cap back up to get it to seat but it won't even budge. I crawled under to take a look and could not see where its supposed to be seated. Is this difficult to fix?

yea, thats indicative of some sort of impact, happened to mine too, but by that time i had already gotten a JCR bumper, so it didnt bother me

 

dang hope I don't have to replace the end cap to fix this.
