Default Hit the jackpot! or did I?

Okay guys I was at the junkyard with my old man for some quality father son time, I'm under a jeep trying to pull out a part when I hear my name being screamed, first thought, ah crap a truck fell on his ***** (its a procurious set up there) so I pack up run over and he's standing by a early 90s jeep its got a rear spare tire carrier hell yeah 13 bolts later its in my basket and I'm paying $25 for it. I get home and realize I didn't get the measurements to where the bolts go and this thing mounts to the body not the bumper, it latches to the bumper so I needed those measurements too. What the heck do I do now? Any suggestions would be a great help, thanks y'all.

yup you need that bumper. and the inside body mounting point inside isn't 100 percent needed. I would recommend it, but ive had mine for a bout 2 years now without it holding a 31. I just drilled holes in the body and bolted it on with HUGE washers on the inside. I bought mine off of craigslist for 50 bucks.
