I know exactly how I'll do the mount now.
Still thinking on the D-ring mounts.
Still got much of nothing.
The only thing I've come up with is to have the bumper brackets come down, bend underneath the unibody on the sides and grab the sway bar bracket bolts. Then you could bolt someones (Like IRO) D-ring mounts there but then it'd still be in single shear and I'm not comfortable with that...
I'm thinking the best best is going to be make mine without D-ring mounts but sell it cheap enough that you could reasonably pick up someone elses D-ring mounts that work it.
I'll be picking up a test vehicle shortly and get one of these in production.

Lowrange,
I would be interested in a hidden winch setup. I would actually prefer the pushed out look a tad, only because while you still have somewhat of a factory look, aftermarket bumpers would be pushed out from the front as well, and like the picture of the red one with the fairlead, I have a copy of the NAXJA thread that shows the measurements and parts to put it together. I also have a Ramsey winch on hand that can be reclocked for the setup. I like the sleeper look and if I can use factory tow hooks with your design(or copy of the "factory option one"), I am game. I am suscribing, and mine is a '00, so I am gonna anxiously await your testing, or if you need some measurements or something, let me know.

Will do.
I haven't made much headway on this. I got a lot of other stuff out of the way so maybe I can do something with this soon.

Thanks. I have a mig welder here and I could probably make some of the parts to build one, but yours does seem as simple as the Ramsey/Warn setups so yeah I'll keep an eye out for the parts or one of the kits from someone on here.
