Herculiner over Dynamat?
Anyone ever used dynamat on the floors right at trans too cut down on heat. The jeep i am looking at has no carpet and i plan to herculine it and was thinking about laying some dynamat down first. Has anyone ever tried this?

This too me, sounds like one of those 50/50 deals, as in, it will either work or it wont.
Dynomat wont rust anyway....so I dont know why you would herculine it to begin with tho?

Dynomat can be torn and really isn't all that great to look at, so I'm guessing he's planning on herculining over it to cover it. Sounds like it should work, I think I remember hearing someone else did something similar. Keep us informed?

I had a problem similar to this, with some other undercoating/sound deadening material.
