Default Help w/ Bolts

What's the best way to remove the Bolts that hold the seat down?
I need to remove the seats but the bolts are very rusty and sensitive. They will loose their shape if i try to remove them normally.

Any ideas?

Put couple propane tanks on the seat, couple sticks of dynamite under the frame and wire them together with a blasting cap. It works wonders lol

Just take em out. If they snap, drill out what's left, chase the threads and get new bolts. There's no secret to rusty old bolts. You could try soaking them in a penetrating oil but that only goes so far if they're seized up.
