Default Help- negative to body is corroded, can't get it offs.

So had a problem last two weeks where would not start, battery is fine. Has happened three times, so slight chance of starter. Last time I move the battery cables it started. So replacing and everything I fine until I get to the short one going to the body. And to make it worse when I cut lower, I see the green corrosion. I can't get it off though. Feels like a nut behind the body. Ideas?

Sorry, was in a hurry yesterday. Have a 2000 inline 6 with 4wd. So, the cable is maybe 12 inches and connects from the negative to the side of the body. I had to pull the battery out to get to it. Felt stuck, got the wrench and started turning. Eventually figured out it had something turning with it. Small hole in front of it and I can feel it spinning, but can't see it or get pliers back there.

I have had this happen a lot. I have had pretty good luck repeatedly spraying it for several hours with penetrating oil and then first trying to "Tighten" it a bit. Sometimes they will not budge when trying to loosen them but they will tighten just a little and break free. Then I just keep spraying and "Working" it back and forth as I take it off to help clean the threads on the way out.

If this doesn't work then, yep like Turbo XJ said below, you may just have to drill a new hole.

Correction... I just read the part where the backup nut is spinning too. If you can't get to it then it looks like a new hole is your only option.
