Welcome to the world of death wobble. I lucked out and fixed mine with a new steering dampener. Look around and you'll see a bunch of threads on it. Good luck.

Mine was just shot. Its an easy pull. If you can extend and compress it without any effort it needs replaced. Probably wanna look your steering parts over and look for slop in it. There are lots of different causes though. My solution may not be what solves yours.

check your track bar...climb underneath and start pulling, pushing, and whatever else you would like to do under there to make sure its tight...check all other steering/front suspension components in a similar fashion

Seems you have 3" lift. You need to put some caster back into your front end geometry. Check out the section on site gojeep.com for an excellent step by step.

Does it only happen when you hit a bump? That's bump steer and a little different than death wobble but is fixed pretty much the same way. Check tie rod ends and track bar first then ball joints, bearings, bushings and any other movable parts. Check bolts for the steering gear box too.

If it's happening at a certain speed my guess would be a wheel/tire issue. Get the balance checked and if it's good check bearings.
