I have a 93 Laredo. Went out to start it and nothing. Replaced the starter relay and ignition switch. Still no start. Also, no blinkers no radio, no lights.

 

Manual or auto?

Checked the battery voltage?... move the terminals around, it could not be making any contact

 

Multimeter. Cheapie will do it. Check voltage at battery, should be around 12.5 or so. Check voltage at starter when cranking, should see same as at battery. Check voltage across battery while cranking, shouldn't drop below 11.5 or so.
