Spray the belt and pullies off with brake cleaner, install new belts if the squeel persists.

Still don't know why people put any spray on their vehicle belts. It doesn't matter what the can says when your spray the belt with something it will cause the belt to slip more than what it already is. When a belt does start to squeal then just spend the $ and buy a new one.

For what it's worth the belt conditioner isn't for serpintine belts.

The original fix more than likely would have been to tension the belt a bit more unless it was that badly worn/glazed.
