hi
my wif and i have just bought are first jeep.
were over in nottingham England and thought we would say hi
we hane a 2002 cherokee 2.4 (kj is what is classed as here)
I do have a couple of questions that no one in the uk seams to be able to answer.
So here we go.
my jeep has electric windows all round, i would like it that when we lock the car the close automaticly, is this poable?
and at the same time the wing mirrors fold electricly, can i make it so they fold in when i lock the car.

In the USA, KJs were called Jeep Liberty and not Cherokees so I doubt you'll get much info from this forum which is for Jeep XJs and Grand Cherokees (Mainly ZJ and WJ).
I don't know why KJs were called Cherokees in the UK but it does cause some confusion!

i think is a kj is the same shape as the on in the link below.

I doubt that you will find a way to do what you want. Windows closing automatically when you lock the car. Safety issue. Imagine someone with their arm or head sticking out the open window and you lock the doors....oops.

I think he's looking for a remote close kit, they're usually added onto after market alarms. Sadly it's exactly the sort of thing that draws people to Clifford alarms, which are notoriously bad but have lots of extra features.
Chris, you're probably better off looking at a local forum in the UK that deals with auto electrics. Most people on this site regard electric windows as something which won't survive when they swim their Jeep through mud or a river!
