Default Heat shield question..

Installed new exhaust today.. I don't have a cat.. I WILL be getting one soon I hope. I know that's bad but it's not the point. I don't have as heat shield above my muffler... Is it needed? I put a flowmaster super 40 on and it's about an inch from the bottom of the body. The floors are rusty and need replaced... What should I do? Advice is great

Yeah if you don't want to bake the cab lol. Heat will make the rust faster.

If your floors are rusty then replacing the floors is good.

This isn't really Modified Tech lol
