heard a rumor

i herd that the fuel injectors out of a 5.0ford motor fits on the jeeps str8 6 is this true

Not a rumor, more like old news. You will not gain any horsepower just by changing to the 5.0 injectors, they flow at the same rate as the stockers. The only real difference is that the 5.0 injectors have four holes instead of only one hole like the stock injectors. Dodge Neon injectors are a popular swap as well.
