so i have no headliner, no fiberglass headliner back thing, just bare metal... it sucks, so i want to fix it, how do i go about putting a new headliner in without getting a super expensive (around here at least) new back board thing? ideas? thinking myabe **** carpet or something to stick it up there

Edit: I ripped mine out and left exposed metal and I don't think it sucks. Racecars don't have headliners...

 

Buy some clothe on eBay it's dirt cheap. Seen a guy on YouTube do it with some epoxy it turned out nice. Maybe for the back board you could get one out of a junkyard. Good luck finding one I doubt theirs any xj's they run strong.
