Default headlights...

I know this topic gets beat to death but can't find what I am looking for.
I want to do the h4 conversion on the xj and I want to know what the best housings are. I have looked at the ipf and the hella housings and would like to hear from guys (or gals) that have aftermarkets and how the beam pattern is, how bright they are and if you get brighted by other drivers. I am not looking for hid's. I don't want to blind oncoming traffic. and I want to be able to see better at night. thanks for input in advance.

Go to google type in hid conversion kits for jeep Cherokee xj and look for an open housing so you can replace your bulbs and get the projector housings bc it projects better light.. e bay has some nice kits..

Search for "autopal jeep cherokee" on ebay. The seller is "rimiinc", and they were excellent to deal with. Inexpensive but high quality. Coupled with a harness (or even without the harness), it's the best thing you'll ever do on your XJ.

And I don't have that XJ any longer so I can't get a picture of the beam pattern, but I've seen some pictures in the forums. I'm telling you, it's the best thing you can do for your XJ.

I have those Autopals, I absolutely love them. I also have the heavy-duty headlight harness from LMC Truck's website.

I'll post a picture of the pattern tonight when it gets dark. The headlights themselves look exactly the same as the sealed beams.
