Which headlights???
yes, you would have to upgrade to the harness cause you are changing the bulb. i am getting the housings from work, they are truck lite brand. i can pick them up for bout $26 each. i think the part # was 29007. they come with bulbs i will try first to see how they do, and i am ordering the harness today. thanks again for all the help.
Definately keep us updated, and let us know how it works!
I wanted a High Intensity Discharge kit for my 85 JEEP CHEROKEE which is a very cool light and better visibility especially during night driving. I opted to go with the single beam HID kit too and love it, they are cheaper on ebay but I wanted a warranty so I got it here Sealed Beam Headlight Kits , or you can try one of the vendors. Also some of the forum sponsors selling Headlight Kits usually have a sale going on. Either way its a great system, and very easy to install.
Well I ordred these...

I think I am going to order some HID's to throw in them though. I also didn't think these were going to have that ghey little blue bulb in the bottom, but they did, so I need to leave some negative feedback about that, I wouldn't have bought them if I knew that.

With this wiring harness..

Does it include the wiring for both sides, or do you need to purchase 2 kits?

Not sure if you're going to buy them from scott, but if you;re getting a low beam xenon, high halogen, his harness that is made for that kit is only $10. If you are getting the low and high xenon kit, the harness is included.

Def. cant go wrong with HID's. there are so many light configurations for the old and tired 6054 sealed bulb. I ended up going with Delta's conversion lens' and a set of 8k hid kit from ebay. the difference is day and night. i will never go back to halogen bulbs.
i will be driving the interstate now to work for an hour a day, and want some good light.
if your going to be driving on big highways they should be lit up pretty good. Silverstars with a harness or a relay is a good upgrade..
HIDs are a hole diff story.. if you do them you should do it right the first time..
some new silverstars will do wonders.. im in $400+ for my HIDS and houseing.. i wont stop you but i wood say it the best for you

Im posting this again, another guy had a thread just like this. I went to a pick and pull, pulled out a set of H4 headlights outta a Ford prob. and another set outta a Honda accord. the ones with the flip up headlights. I paid, $10 for a set of them. then used a set of my Civic's H4 bulbs. Which you can find the aftermarket ones with tint/brighter on ebay, or if you search different sites for dirt cheap. $25 is max ive spent on a set of h4's
i would recommend buying a harness thought too, get some more juice to em.

Talking with BooGTS, I guess those are not a true projector lens. Upgrading to better bulbs and that wiring harness may help though. I just purchased the wiring harness myself. The headlight housing I got, I defiantely notice a difference in brightness, and I just ordered the cheaps ones off ebay. I am still trying to decide if I should go to HID's or not.

Ipf h4 conversion housing ftw. They have a metal housing for the hotter bulbs. They won't melt. I have them with 8000k hids. They're rediculous. Theyre lenses are cut really well. The beam is like a flood, but it still goes the distance too.
