Head/tail light wiring

Does anyone have any wiring charts advice anything? I have a 89 xj and I'm getting no power to the headlights, taillights or brake lights.

I don't think it's the switch ill check it though just know Cherokees are notorious for wiring had the same problem it the 99 grand cher but took it to a shop that's not in the budget this go around.
