Haunted Jeep
Anybody know a good automotive exorcist?
Got a new gps, mainly for the motorcycle, but somehow it doesn't work on the bike, even tho I just put a new power outlet (cigar lighter) on the bike. When I plug other things in there, like a fan,it works fine, and the gps works in both the wifes and kids cars.
Anyway,on to the Jeep part of the story.Thought I'd try the gps in the jeep to see if the speedo is close to accurate w/slightly taller than stock tires, but it didn't get power in the Jeep either, just like the bike.
Now for the really weird part...since the gps didn't work,I tried the fan,so as to know if the lighter outlet was working at all,and just like on the bike, the fan works yet the gps doesn't get any power. After another try,the fan didn't work either,so I decide to see if the fuse for the lighter blew.Wait for it............there's NO FUSE!!!!
WTF?!?!?! How did the fan just work multiple times plugged into the lighter when there was no bloody fuse for it?!?!
Of course,I realize there IS NO rational explanation for this, just thought I'd share an interesting story.Too bad it's Easter and not Halloween
