Default Has anyone tried this, would it work?

I have a 96 XJ with a 3inch lift, t case drop kit, and I want to put 32 inch tires on it.

Right now im gettin vibration coming from the tcase. I was thinking since I already have the drop kit installed what if I had a 1 inch circle plate made that would bolt to the back of the drive shaft plate to the rear axle. That would push my drive shaft in a inch more and it shouldnt change the angle of it.

So my question is: Has anyone tried this before? Will it even work?

I can't seem to figure out exactly what you are talking about. The driveshaft connects to the rear axle with a ujoint on the pinion yoke. How would you space that out with a metal plate??

You shouldn't be getting vibrations because your driveshaft is too short. You need to adjust the pinion angle between your rear axle and your transfer case output. the only way to do this is with a tcase drop(which you already have), shims on your rear leaf springs, or an SYE.
