Quote: Not a design flaw, it worked exactly as designed. You twisted the body, and instead of shattering and spraying glass all over the inside of the rig, the glass popped out. Your rig was not designed for the type of wheeling most of us do. They require lots of modification to make them truly off-road capable. They are designed to be more capable that most other SUV's, out there, but they are still a street vehickle. That's why serious wheelers, cage and reinforce thier rigs, and remove the glass.
I hate to call you wrong but.
There is absolutely no extreme hills or flexing where i was. 80% was 2wd stuff. As you guys know some people do some crazy stuff and their window does not fall out. In my situation something else happened.
Not sure though. I am no expert but i know i have even done more extreme things when i went to dishpan which is a really hard drail full of rocks etc... I'm lost on how it happened. Maybe just wear and tear?? I have only had the lift on for less than 3 months and hardly Ever have wheeled it yet.

You can literally just push them right out. They just pop into that rubber seal. I used my last XJ to haul band gear around a lot. Had my bass cab knock against the window once and it pushed it halfway out of the seal. I just pushed it back in.
