Half console removal?

Half console removal?
So I have a 93 with the half "center console" and I just bought the full one at the junkyard and was wondering how in sam's name I am supposed to take the little plastic piece off that covers the parking brake.

Is that the one that only covers the shifter? I'd be interested in buying that! There are none in the junkyard by me. Pm me if younwant to sell
