grand cherokee reciever hitch. will it fit.

my buddy is giving me this. its from a 2000 grand cherokee. mine is a cherokee 99 sport with 355 gears. will it bolt up or not. i dont want to modify it to work. if not ill just try to sell it or trade for some thing(s)

its a nice piece. rated @ 7500lbs.

well he's willing to give it to me with the hardware for free. so i think im gonna grab it and maybe i can barter it. thanks for the reply.ill take some pics and post in for sale.

any i dea on what its worth. its in excellent shape. no rust or anything.
