Very nice. Throw some 31x10.5's on there and it'll really look good!

Depending on the lift size you'll need to trim some for 35's. Bunch of threads on here to help with that if you need it. I understand the waiting thing. I want 33's but the 31's I currently have are only a year old. That and I don't have $800 to throw towards a set of tires.

I was in that same boat but a local tire dealer said he'd buy my near new 31" at's for $340 if i got a new set of tires from him, so i got me a set of Maxxis Bighorn 32x11.5's for only $460

yeah. i know i will have to trim. i just gotta convince the old man to let me. i like the short, stocky stance on jeeps. and i have been reading up on the trimming. it doesnt seem to be that hard. i think the hardest part for me will the first time the blade touches metal. but i started having second thoughts about the lift once i bought it, and now i love it. cant drive it(im 15) but its beautifull. i also gotta convince the guy up the street with a tj to buy bush whackers so i can get his flares or get a cheap pair. but i want front and backs cus i have an idea for the front flare lights.

Looks good.

To be honest, i think 35"s will be out of the question. That looks like a 3 or 3.5" lift to me. I had 5.5" of lift on my 91 xj and did A LOT of wheelwell modifying to get 35"s to fit and not rub off roading. We have a 6.5" lift on our '89 with bushwackers and the tires still rub at full stuff. You should aim more for 32"s or something. These jeeps can still do a lot with 31-32 inch tires!

i have no clue to be honest. i bought it off a member here. it was gonna be a 5.5 lift, but he got a better offer closer, so he sold it there, but said i have this one. i looked at it, i think it might be a s-10 pack, but not sure. but it came out to be 3.5 inch lift.

sadly, its a mall crawler. not many offroad spots in lower connecticut. do you think i will be able to fit them like that not off-roading?
