There are a lot of threads on this tire in every size. Yes they are a great dual purpose tire.

Ive got 33's, and so far i love them! Good on road, rain, mud and they are pretty quiet. And well i got a 5 year warranty on them so im not worried about ripping the sidewall or anything

the attitudes are more aggresive, but the duratracs are a great commercial grade on/ off road tire

I've got them in 33x12.5. They are a really awesome tire, they hook up real nice in all conditions/terrain. Regarding the guy above saying the sidewalls rip easy: after five big offroad events and tons of two-track trails I actually have 5 or 6 little (less than 1" long) sidewall cuts in various places. They aren't deep enough to worry about, but it is sort of disappointing. The rubber on these is pretty soft, and the sidewalls flex really good, so that's probably why they're sort of weak. I bought them at discount tire with the 3 yr replacement warranty though....which I've only got a year left on

I have 31/10.5/15 Duratracs. All around they're a great tire; I've had mine over a year and they still look new, in the mud they clean great, in ruts the sidewall traction is awesome, and in the snow they're killers. The only terrain I've experienced problems in is loose sand on steep dunes; they're a little too aggressive to excel in sand. Just keep in mind to watch the sidewalls in rocks and you'll be good.

They are excellent tires. If you are concerned about sidewall punctures, get the MT/Rs - Kevlar.

My buddy has a set of them in 33 12.5 on his TJ, he's a really picky guy when it comes to tires so the fact that he likes them is awesome. By the way he wheels it hard, meaning that he laid it on its side at the Gulches, and he's had no trouble with the sidewalls

33x12.50s on mine and I love them.

Road noise is minimal, they're great with traction almost anywhere offroad, I have great luck with road traction in the rain and while it's dry, and they wear well.

They're my second favorite tire... behind the Goodyear MT/r with kevlar.
