Just got my 98 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo...its got the 4.0 and doesn't seem to be any thing special...but I went to my local pull it yard and every 1 I looked at had silver badges..its been kind of bugging me to ask if it was of any significance other than just being a diff color.lol

Btw I dont think the jeep is anything special but it would be kool if it was.lol iv noticed a few differences between it and my 97 I used to have..also its currently under construction trying to get it road worthy.lol

 

Those are limited badges on a Laredo nothing special from the factory they are suppose to be silver hope that helps

 

Oh ok well thats kool I guess, as far as I know thats the original paint and everything. So I dont think any1 has just stuck them on there.. But still cool..i like the color contrast.lol

 

well they are really easy to change as long as they where peeled off on a hot summer day.... the paint would not be wrecked

 

My jeep was 2wd and had no badges. I ordered a set off eBay for the limited grand cherokee because the gold jeep kind of matches...love the look!!
