We really can't tell you one way or another based on those pictures alone. You better crawl under that thing and poke around for rust. Check it out real good.

My first instinct just based on those pictures is that it was ridden hard and put away wet... at the very least it wasn't babied. It looks like there is rust along the roof so based on the snow/salt in the pictures I'm guessing it may have some bad rust below as Limited mentioned. Hard to see but it looks like the rockers might be rusted through. Also take a good look at the front end damage. It doesn't take much to bend the unibody so even if you plan on going with an aftermarket bumper it could be a PITA to mount if the unibody rails are tweaked. All depends what you're truck is worth, how much you want to put into the XJ and what you want to end up with.

Trucks an 86 k10 4x4 with a fuel injections swap an Ill have to look at the rust close the roof rust is what bothered me most an I want to slowly Build it to be able to go trailing an daily drive but for now I need it to just daily drive an if the front is slightly tweaked do you guys think it'll make things wear weird I can kinda weld an fab stuff if it's basic witch I'll probably make a bumper

Unless your truck is on its last leg than that k10 is probably worth much more. The resale value on those trucks will only go up as they get older because they're some of the most desirable body styles.

Depending on miles and condition id say that jeep is worth about 700-1700. Is it really that hard to fix a gas gauge?

The trucks got the some mismatched tank an fuel pump from previous owner an I'm not sure how to set up the gauge to the mutt fuel system an here's the worst of the rust on top

I'll tell you the same thing I tell people on Craigslist:

"I'm not going to make an offer until I can go over the vehicle and see it run and drive in person"

I understand that so what do you think about the rust on the roof it looks like it's got 2 rot spots how hard is that to repair? I've never seen these get rust on the roof like that

Neither have I. It concerns me about what the rest looks like though.
