yepp all black everything thats the only way to go lol. You could even do a 5% eyebrow if your state allows it and that would help with looking darker too. The darker your front sides and rears are the darker everything looks all together

Two things to remember. One, you might not pass inspection with tint over the state limit. Second, I know the NCHP is pretty much by the book and they might have issue with overtinting as law enforcement considers this a problem regarding officer safety during a traffic stop. They make hand held meters to tell degree of window tint and if the troopers carry them, it might get you a citation and demand to remove the tint. I don't know for sure if it's a "hot button" issue with Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD or not also. The inspection stations might have them as well depending on the strictness and requirements of the state's inspection laws.
It's pretty much up to you to decide if it's worth the chance or not.

I have no desire to go illegal. I'll either get pulled over, ticketed, and have to rip it off, or i'll go to get it inspected and when nowhere wants to touch my XJ, i'll have to rip it off.
I want to go as dark as I can on the front windows and then maybe 20% or 25% on the back. still undecided.
