getting horrible MPG

getting horrible MPG
so i went through a little over a 1/4 tank of gas in 45 miles! i probably gonna get like 180 for a full tank! i have a 4" lift on. 32s. thats about it. idk why MPG is around 10

ur O2 sensors may be bad,that can hurt mpg,or they might just need to be clean and a good air filter will help as well,u can use lucas injector cleaner,that will help unless u already use it

X2 on the O2 (before catalytic converter) sensor. I'm getting around 10mpg and I know mine is factory from 94. I asked for it for X-mas from my daughter its about $45-55 for it...Tj

did u drive in the city or highway? how fresh is your tuneup? what gears are you running? how heavy is your right foot? what kind of maintenance have you done recently? how many miles on the motor? auto or manual? have you adjusted your drum shoes?
btw, when the temperature drops to freezing, the pressure in the gas tank drops and the gauge reads different. and also, the colder the air, the more gas the engine sucks.
