I rlly dont see someone crawling underneath and drilling into the tank, plus they would be sitting for a few mins collecting the gas, but if ur that worryed, id buy the heavyduty skid plate I can find and then line it with more metal or something, the theft is gonna need a good drill to drill through a think steel skidplate and a thick plastic tank, and if he is that cheap were he has to steal gas, he probably won't have a good drill that would be able to do that either....

Like they are going to check the gauge before punching a hole in the tank.....
I've seen people use special punches to drain tanks, not cheap, buut quiet and quick!
My defence..... three PtBulls, one for each vehicle
never had a problem with anyone stealing anything

I don't care if they puncture a hole, lmao, point is they have no gas from my...... tank.
I don't actually leave it on E, burn through pumps faster. And if someone is that dedicated to puncture a hole in my tank, go for it. I've got a spare XJ in the garage, and all they did was make it lighter to remove.
I do however leave my truck unlocked all the time. Nothing in it worth stealing, and would rather have them rummage through a bunch of receipts and a water bottle, then break a window, to rummage through receipts and a water bottle.
