i agree, yjs and tjs rip hangers and whatnot off too.

the way i see it (or at least the way i would attemp it) is cage and subframe/stiffeners/sliders/bumpers/proper front crossmember, THEN after all of that is kosher, you add your wontons of choice...which is pretty much atmos mentioned earlier.

maybe not the smartest but it sure looks fun if that happens, strip it and go pick up another shell and build it bigger. xj's are replaceable

yep. all the unibody reinforcement and cage would be happening whether I go tons or not. I will never build another rig without doing a cage first

I dont know much about cages but that looks alright for the price. all the cool kids are doing those hybrids through the roof now and that's what I'm aiming for so that kit probably wouldnt work for me at least.
