Default Front end problems

my 2004 grand Cherokee is making clunking noise when I turn left and sometimes right. It also vibrates and bangs alittle when I HIT A BUMP.??
I HAVE REPLAced the track bar,steering stabilizer. The sway bars, the ball joints and the tye rod ends are all good HELP

Tighten the bolts on the trac bar mount on the frame.

is the trac bar mounting point on the axel wollered out? That would do it

Ball Joints can seem good but be bad.

Been replaced in the last 150,000 miles?
