Fox 2.0 schocks on the road

Just got new fox 2.0 shocks and was wondering how well they do on driving on the road
Would sway bars help...
Extra standard shocks ....

I'm sure they'd be fine. Definitely run you're front sway though. I can't believe you've had them for 2 weeks and you haven't tried them out.

Ya I'm dieing to use them I've just been caught up In work and making new frame stiffeners and hopefully getting a anti-rock tj sway bar
As far as I can tell there stiff and don't bounce much but it's never been out of the garage with them on

why wouldnt they be fine? they are just shocks. the only difference in how it feel would depend on what valving you have

I was mostly wondering if it would be bouncy like springs with no shocks

Btw what would be a good spring rate to have them set to

The best way to find out is if you just put them on. Have you purchased them yet?

shocks generally absorb shock, so no, unless you drained all the fluid out of them.

and i would hope they are valved stiffer than your average lift kit shock
