I finally found myself a new Cherokee. I rolled mine a while back and have been looking forever now. Mine was a 1997 sport with rustys 8in long arm with ox locker front arb rear 4.56 gears on 35/13.5/15 Toyos with bead locks. When I rolled I broke the passenger side lower axle mount and that caused the top arm to break. Rustys said they would replace everything of there's that broke so just have to send it back in. What caused me to roll was there drag link broke doing 50 down the highway hit a ditch and rolled over to the lid.
The one I found is a 00 that has minor front end damage no motor no hood and no rear hatch and the window is broken out of my hatch but I can make it work and my hood is good and my motor. I'm super excited to get a jeep up and going again. When I get some good pictures of the new jeep I will post them up. And keep you posted on the swap .

That sucks that you flipped, but at least you were safe. Did you get injured at all?

My buddy and I are fine. Just some cuts and bruises.

Kind of ironic I hurt myself more after the roll over. When it was on the lid it popped a coil out and I went to lift the tire and axle up to put it back in and blew my knee out. But I'm doin fine .

always sad to lose an xj. but at least you have a new project. those toyo's look almost brand new!!!!!

Got them used for $800 for 4 not to bad if you ask me. and I should have my new jeep in 2 or 3 weeks the guy is holding it for me, and in the mean time I'm heading down to California and Vegas for a week. Should be fun I just can't wait to start workin on my jeep
