Default FN Jeeps Customer Service?

To start off, I have only heard good things about FN Jeeps. So I found some parts that I was going to buy from a wrecked XJ. We sent a few emails back and forth and he told me to give him a call. Ok, well the new parts I was going to get fell through. I had a long conversation with Thomas from FN Jeeps out here in Colorado and had arranged purchasing a front bumper (similar to the JCR Prerunner), front tow hooks, rear tow hook, front skid, and gas tank skid from a rolled XJ. He explained to me that he wasn't going to be able to get my parts immediately because he had a few other Jeeps first in line to pull parts from. I was understanding and willing to wait and work around his schedule. However, I called him today to make sure our agreement was still good, but totally got screwed over. He told me he sold them today because I never responded. Anyways, he made a scumbag move by violating our verbal agreement. Unfortunately some people today are filled with greed and are steered by money. Apparently it is rare to find a good hearted person that will stick to their word. Has anybody had these issues, or am I just one of the lucky few?

Saddly I totally understand I have been in your shoes before, I recently was trying to sell a few parts and after several weeks of no replys I finally had someone offer to buy the parts saddly quite a bit lower than I was asking which was a discount for there actual value but as I wanted the space the parts were occupying and I didnt really need the money persay I agreed. It took them a few days to actually meet me and pay me and in the mean time I had someone offer me almost what I was asking. I however turned them down because of my Verbal agreement but it was tempting. I have also had people change there word with my position reversed it sucks. I am sorry for you. I have not dealt with the people you had issues with tho so I dont know if you where one instance or just the way the company operates.

I wasn't sure if I'm being irrational or just having high expectations for people. Whenever I sell something or make an agreement for selling, I won't be dishonest and sell it right underneath the original buyer. Idk if I was raised differently, or simply have respect and integrity when it comes to dealing with other people.

And my rig's already up on jackstands in-prep for tomorrow's surgery. Had to leave it that way 'cuz I got hungry, ate a pizza and now I'm feeling lumpy already.

Well for one wait for the snow to melt off of it, that's the biggest challenge. I also have to finish patching a few rust holes in the cargo area and in the rear passenger seat area before reinstalling the interior

Driver's seat can be milk crate. Battery can be found in mom/dad/brother/sister car. Heat can be from your exhaust. No problem!
