Flipped the Jeep. Now what?

Yup. It was upside down completely for about 20 min then on it's side for another 40+ My dad suggested I remove the spark plugs and turn it over for a bit to spit any oil out. Anything else?

I would do what your dad said and check all the fluids before trying to start it.

Not sure...but how'd ya manage that? Rear end come around on you at speed and rolled?
