I want to lose the painted stock flares and put on some after-market flares. Any suggestions for a decent set that’s not too aggressive looking for a 3” lift and 31s? (not lifted in tis pic)

Bushwacker flat flares, or Jeep Wrangler (TJ) flares look great on a Cherokee and they're not that aggressive. I would recommend the Bushwacker cut-outs though.

dont bother with them. I think the flat style look ok but anything else is lame
have you ever thought of painting the stock ones black and trimming off the extra piece that hangs down and goes around the bumper?
that can give it a much better look right there and costs practically nothing

or if I had to pick, I guess these would be my vote

I'd say check your local law and if there is no law against it, run it without flares. That's what I would do if Commufornia would allow it
