Finally got a radio now must wire.

Default Finally got a radio now must wire.

1989 Jeep XJ 4.0 auto 4x4

Finally got a radio. I didn't go cheap off ebay as I stated before instead I waited and got a JVC KD-R300 for $20. So still cheap but better quality haha.

I got the harness but now I must wire it up and figures I ask for advice.

Here's the harness and I have the package which tells what the colors are but it's kind if confusing to me.



And here's the radio with its wires. It's a diagram on the bottom of radio telling what these wires are.




So is it as easy as just connecting corresponding wires? The only reason I'm asking instead of doing is because it's night but I want to go start hooking it up tonight haha.

PS: forgot to mention that wires from the harness and the wires from radio are not all the same colors.

Yep wiring....Thats about all i got. I hate wiring haha.
